About Daniela

I am Daniela Barría with twenty-two years of experience. Instructor, Argentine Tango dancer. Trained at the National University of Art and a pupil of the most experienced teachers of Tango Dance. Four times finalist in the prestigious Tango World Cup, obtaining 7th place internationally at Buenos Aires. Tango instructor in Buenos Aires at La Escuela Mundial del Tango, La Academia Nacional del Tango, La Casa del Tango Foundation among others. She has been a teacher in academies internationally; Tango ok Dubai, Lime Tango Seoul, South Korea, Oxford and Northern Tango Academy, United Kingdom, and workshops in many others (Germany, Denmark, Belgium and Italy). Daniela worked teaching and dancing on MSC Cruises. She participated in TV Shows, documentaries and international films. She was Jury of reality show 'America express Romania' 2023. Daniela enjoys teaching from a perspective of self-knowledge and cultural identity transmission. She has been specialised in Tango, not only as a dance, as a social and traditional movement as well, perfecting herself of teaching in a conscious and perceptive way. She currently teaches at Buenos Aires individually, privately and to groups for both roles and for all levels. Her dance style is characterised by being elegant and committed.

About the lesson

Learn this elegant dance with me! Argentine tango is one of the most passionate dances in couple. Not for nothing are there many movies that include tango scenes as a strong point of the plot. I have been dancing since 2002. I travelled all over the world dancing and teaching. I have been a world tango finalist four times. I chose tango because it changed my life. I invite you to change yours and live your own experience! With my private Tango classes you will identify your habits, improve your technique and together we can boost you to the next level! Private classes for individuals and couples, both roles. All levels. Total beginners, intermediate, advanced and for professionals in competition. Through private lessons you could easily improve your Tango dance!

Deadly! It is so helpful to hear her intelligent analysis...and in a high level of English sufficient to communicate complex ideas!
