About Cashain

I’m a mental health director, practitioner, and teacher with over 20 years of experience supporting adults navigating identity, culture, leadership, and wellbeing.

I’ve taught and trained across health and social care for decades. That includes frontline practitioners, executives, and individuals doing deep personal work. I have formal training in Black Therapy, Executive Leadership, Safeguarding,

If you’ve ever felt like you have to edit yourself to succeed — in work, relationships, or professional spaces — our sessions offer space to explore that honestly.

I’ve trained at the NHS Leadership Academy, designed award-winning community mental health services, and worked closely with senior leaders and professionals. But the work that matters most to me is creating a grounded, thoughtful space where you can examine:

• Who you are beyond performance
• How your culture and heritage shape your decisions
• How to integrate identity and ambition without splitting yourself in two

Our sessions are reflective, structured when needed, and always rooted in psychological safety. This is not advice-giving. It’s a space for clarity, integration, and self-trust.

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Cash

My teaching style is practical, reflective, and honest. Lessons feel more like guided conversations than lectures. I use storytelling, real-life examples, and clear frameworks to explore racial identity, confidence, boundaries, and self-expression. I mainly work with adults who want personal growth, emotional clarity, and a stronger voice—especially those who’ve tried “standard” approaches and felt unseen.

Students work with me to understand themselves without apology. You’ll gain language for your experiences, tools to manage emotional pressure, and confidence rooted in who you actually are—not who you’ve been performing as. People often say they leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
