About Jack
- I am a 3rd year Modern Languages, currently studying at the University of Exeter
- As a 3rd year student I am in the process of completing my 'Year Abroad' experience, and so am outside of the normal student schedule of lectures and seminars
- Tutoring Spanish offers me a way to still have and enjoy the language in my day-to-day life
- Having been fortunate enough to have 1-1 tutoring available at school during my GCSEs and A-Levels, I am aware of the huge benefit this extra time can have on one's learning

- Whether we are practicing your speaking, writing, reading, or listening skills, it will always be based off of a text/audio source, which I will have asked you to prepare
- This means when we get to the lesson there is no time wasted reading or listening to something new.
- The focus can be on gaining maximum understanding of the prepared text, and allows us to identify the areas you need to improve
- I have lived and worked as a sports coach in Buenos Aires, working for national sporting organisations and with multiple schools in the area
- I also have 6 years experience as a Level 2 qualified cricket coach which, whilst not language-specific, has advanced my teaching abilities regardless
- My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-Level students and usually last between 45 minutes and an hour, depending on the student
