I'm a 29-year-old tramper and lifter who is always absorbing new information from the lifting literature. I've been lifting every day for the past 2 years, and lifting as a whole since 2016. With my understanding of nutrition and fitness, I guarantee that if we work together, we can sculpt you into someone you'll be even more proud of.

As a bodybuilder who has been consistently lifting in the gym, and uses science-based lifting techniques, I can assure you that you will notice improvements in your physique and physical and mental health. I can assist you with creating a workout schedule tailored to your needs and busy life, a diet plan, and one-on-one training in the gym to ensure your comprehension of lifting techniques is up to standards. I'm constantly evolving my workout techniques and exercises to maximize strength, aesthetics and health. My goals for you will be to build muscle, lose fat, improve cognitive function and improve your diet, which will all contribute to a prosperous and healthy life.
