About Autumn
I have been awarded; First place battle of the schools championship choreographer, exemplary service scholarship with Agogo, Dean’s List with Palomar College, Dancer of the Year with Palomar College, CPR certified for infants, children and adults.
I have performed in music videos, pride festival, showcases, sea world, half time shows, fashion shows, and more! I have training in ballet, afro - cuban/brazillian, salsa, modern, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop. I’ve trained with company’s The Pack’t, Studio 9, Agogo, and Project Unofficial HHT.

My classes are meant for anyone who is looking to explore dance in all it’s complexities, cultivate their own style of dance , while solidifying a strong dance technique and foundation. My class structure for children includes fun and interactive games, that encourage creativity, movement and play. My teaching style is Facilitator, I will show movement and what students should keep in mind during the execution. Then, allow the student to complete and rehearse the movement a few times before opening up a discussion about the exercise.
The most important element of dance is how you feel. How you are feeling inside will be released outwardly, it’s my job to set the appropriate atmosphere, mood and theme during warm up. Injury is also one of the most important elements of dance, my classes emphasize injury prevention and provide comfort for those who have pre-existing injuries.
