About Andrew
Andrew Justvig is from St. George, Utah and completed his MFA in Creative Writing for the Performing Arts at UC Riverside. Andrew has Cerebral Palsy and was inspired by Disney movies and theme parks to walk at age seven. Andrew has written several award-winning plays that are inspired by his life with disabilities with a humorous tone. His movie, The Anxiety of Laughing, that he produced, wrote, and starred in has been screened at several film festivals including Dances with Film 2022. Andrew married his sweetheart, Carrie, in August 2017 and welcomed their son, Eric, in 2021.

Writing is a way to express yourself whether it's a creative poem or an academic research paper. You need to find that way to put yourself in whatever you write.
My goal as your teacher is to help organize, research, andhet excited to lend your voice to whatever writing you need to do.
These lessons are for Jr. High, High School, and college level students.
I will use my experience of researching for YouTube Videos, Ghost writing books, and writing plays and screenplays to help you on your writing journey.
In the end, hope to send you off with tools you can come back to for whatever type of writing you may encounter in the future.
