About Siddharth

I am a certified Human Resources Director with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and organizations in developing strong people practices and effective leaders.

I hold CHRL and SHRM-SCP certifications and previously worked as a management consultant with Ernst & Young (EY), where I advised organizations on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

In my current leadership role, I oversee recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and learning and development in a complex public-sector environment. I have also designed and delivered a First-Time Manager Development Program and regularly coach managers and professionals at different career stages.

My work has been recognized through a Rising Star Award, reflecting my commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.
