About Jennifer
With over 7 years of teaching experience across various subjects and 5 years of working as a nanny with infants and toddlers, I’ve gained a deep understanding of how to create engaging and supportive learning experiences for young children. I earned my swimming instructor's certificate two years ago and have been teaching swimming to babies and toddlers ever since, focusing on making water safety and early swimming skills enjoyable and stress-free for little ones.

My baby and toddler swimming lessons are designed to help your child develop confidence in the water while building essential swimming skills through play and gentle guidance. Parents are actively involved in the lessons, making it a special bonding experience for the whole family. These classes are designed to be fun and interactive, promoting early water confidence while introducing key skills such as floating, kicking, and basic water movements. The lessons are tailored to include parents, ensuring that you are part of your child's learning journey and can support them every step of the way. What We’ll Focus On: Water safety for infants and toddlers Gentle introduction to floating and submersion Fun games and activities to encourage movement in the water Parent-child bonding through water play Building confidence for future swimming lessons What You Can Expect: Patient, supportive instruction tailored to each child’s comfort level Active participation of parents in the lessons A safe and fun learning environment Guidance on water safety for parents Gentle encouragement to help your child feel at ease in the water Age Range: Children from the age of 6 months are welcome to participate

Jennifer has been my teacher for the last year. We started out with online lessons, but moved to in-person after bout six months, i can definetely recommend both! She is super calm and patient, even with me making lots of mistakes. Fantastic!
Amazing teacher! Jennifer has a lot of knowledge, is an amazing piano player and teacher is well. My three kids (6, 9, 12) have been learning with her for the past year and have learned a lot in this time. They even do the homework she gives them! ;) Can absolutely recommend!
Amazing lessons! I've never been able to master a good sourdough bread and lost my starter every time :(.
Jennifer took care of that and showed me a few tricks to get it to last longer without having to bake every week.

Details
I'm excited to get to know you! Please be aware that I won't be able to offer a free lesson, but I'm happy to offer an online chat to get to know each other! Lessons take place in your home pool or in the nearest public pool - please contact me if you're not sure where that is and if they offer public swim times. Lessons are 45 minutes long - I recommend not more than one lesson a week for children under the age of 18 months. Pool fee for the parent not included!
