About Paula Sofía
I am a graduate in Psychology (UBA) and a teacher in Educational Psychology in the same house of studies. I am a bilingual English teacher with experience teaching individuals and companies in different fields: telecommunications, health, education, sports, psychology, etc. My educational journey started with garden and bilingual elementary school and I perfected my British English locally in different institutes such as Instituto De Enseñanza Superior en Lenguas Vivas, Liceo Cultural Británico; On the other hand, I dabbled in studies abroad (New York, United States) having certified as C1 in Education First.

The classes consist in a one-hour conversation via Skype in which different topics or topics will be discussed depending on the students' interests. Pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency with different degrees of formality will be strongly studied. On the other hand, communication by mail will be encouraged to strengthen the written language, especially around grammar, writing and different writing styles. The use of different teaching materials will be promoted, the recommendation of which will vary between audiovisual material (such as series, films, conferences and interviews) and written material (such as articles, news, literary texts, etc.).
