About Luke
I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Allied Health Science, which has given me a great amount of knowledge about the body and how to excel in fitness and health. I also am a NASM certified personal trainer with 3 years of experience. I have experience training and coaching clients from the ages of 12 up to 70 years old.
