My name is Namhla Mpongoma from a very beautiful country, South Africa. I love socializing and learning new things. I enjoy teaching so much because it also gives me time to get to know other people's cultures and new friends.

In my lesson we use the triple DDD (Direct, Discuss and Delegate)teaching Approach. I first teach and instruct learners on the current topic, unpacking and explaining more about the lesson. We then both discuss it with the learners making sure they understand what I taught them in detail. Later I Delegate,, they do the work on what was taught during the lessons, they are also allowed to explain to me. My lessons are fun,, learners have a right to freedom of speech, we get to know each other and very conducive to learning.
