About Olivia
My students used to love the way i teach because i use different methods acording to their learning type. Im also very creative, patient and adaptative. I have a lot of compassion and give such importance to the pleasure of learning. I like to use their personnal passions to get them more involucrated in their own learning process.

I can give reading lessons including tips to increase decoding speed, improve vocabulary and apply strategies to get better at comprension.
I also give different grammar specialised lessons acording to the need of the student. It includes short and explicit theory lessons followed with some related exercices and homeworks.In the writing classes, we learn to analyse the structure and components of different types of texts. Then, we learn how to build a lexical field (brainstorming) acording to the subject, to construct a plan with key words and to transform it in a fluid text. We also learn about how to self correct the text before to give a final version. Finally, i teach the students how to correct their mistakes after i've corrected their text by explaining the code i used.
