About Brittany
- Tutored an Autistic elementary school student in English and Math for 2.5 years. As the months went by, he progressed as a student and was more willing to do his homework. He understood math more as I showed him visuals to help him
- I studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain and taught English at two different schools: One was an elementary school and the children couldn't speak any English. The other was a middle school where the children could speak English. We did lots of activities to improve conversational, writing, reading, and listening skills. I played them different songs in English and they would have to figure out what some things meant. I also would draw pictures and they would have to make up a story in English about the drawing. In total, I taught 40 children!!
