About SAMUEL DARIO
I am currently in the seventh semester of Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports, I can offer you classes in physical activity, planned exercise, occupational therapy, I have also studied, worked on meditation, which is the main subject of my degree thesis. I can offer you classes very open to your personal tastes, if you want to work in a certain space, with a sport or with the characteristics that you prefer, I am open to your possibilities and preferences. I assure you that after my classrooms, you will be able to prepare your own training or physical activity classes (I will teach you everything you should and should not, during a physical activity class). If you like I can offer you a time of teaching Portuguese, English or Spanish, at no additional cost. First of all very good vibes.
