About Chloe
I hold a degree in Computer Science and have taught Python for 5 years. I began tutoring beginners but soon expanded to guiding university students and professionals. I enjoy blending coding with science, particularly in areas like bioinformatics and chemical modelling. My lessons in Python are tailored to make programming less intimidating. I begin with the basics—variables, loops, and functions—before guiding students into practical applications like data analysis and automation. I emphasise problem-based learning, where every concept is tied to a hands-on exercise. For example, students may learn loops by writing a DNA sequence checker, or functions by modelling a chemical formula. These exercises make coding meaningful and memorable. I also provide practice projects that combine creativity and coding. By working on real-world problems, learners discover how Python can be applied to multiple fields, including biology and chemistry.
