About Brett
I am 33 years old and have worked with kids most of my life. Starting as a camp counselor, then working in an after-school program for many years, as well as in preschool settings and as a 1:1 Aide for campers with special needs. I started teaching first grade after graduating with my bachelor's in Elementary Education. I have worked for 8 years as a first grade teacher, and have become very well-versed in reading, writing, phonics, math, science, and social studies. In my spare time, I like to make my own pasta and work in my garden.
