I have been an athlete all my life competing at a Division I NCAA university while studying exercise science and health promotion. I am now a personal trainer and group exercise instructor where I continue inspiring others to stay active and reach their personal fitness goals.

This allows you to be able to connect important health topics when looking into different training approaches.
