About Abigail
I graduated from UCT having majored and excelled in Music and Dance. I pursued dance full time as a Senior Artist at Cape Town City Ballet. I then travelled extensively as a professional dancer and eventually settled in Hong Kong in 2018, where she was a full time dance teacher and Barre Fitness instructor. I also supplemented my teaching by completing my yoga Teacher Training, which I infuse into my classes.
Traveling allowed me to be inspired by teachers from all walks of life, to dance in companies and teach in cities around the world. My teaching style is influenced by all of the disciplines that I have learned along the way and I am so excited for you to try my classes!

We will shimmy and shake until we radiate!
My teaching style is influences by all the disciplines I have learned along the way: from yoga to ballet from contemporary to jazz and musicals.
In my class we will learn progressively over a period of 4-8 weeks. Each 4 weeks we will work towards a specific goal.
We will laugh, create and learn together!
