I have been blessed to watch Kendalle grow and evolve into the incredible person she is today. But what fills me with an overwhelming sense of pride is seeing her as "Ms. Kelsch," the teacher. I have watched from the sidelines and have come to the realization that she is not just a good teacher, but the best teacher in the world!

From all the stories she shares on the phone, to the stories I overhear from her students and their parents, it is clear that her passion for teaching sets her apart.

The reason she’s so special is not just the lessons she teaches, but how she teaches them. Her enthusiasm and beautiful smile is contagious, and it inspires her students to love learning.

She has a gift for seeing and valuing each child for their unique strengths, not just their weaknesses. The patience she demonstrates is truly remarkable. Her students see that she believes in them, and that belief gives them the confidence they need to succeed.

Her ability to bring laughter and kindness into the classroom creates a safe and welcoming space for every child. They see her as not just as an educator, but as a mentor, a trusted ally, and a role model.

I have always known how talented and dedicated she is, but seeing the lasting impact she has on these children's lives is truly inspiring. What puts the icing on the cake is when her past students come to visit her. I know it puts tears in her eyes because she misses them so much!
