About Małgorzata
Małgorzata Amanbir Pawlowska
I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011.
Adults, children, youth.
I completed 1st and 2nd degree kundalini yoga teacher training courses with the I-SKY school from Great Britain.
I am a co-organizer of Kundalini Yoga Festivals in Poland.
From March 2020 I run a heart yoga studio SOUL SPA online
I teach myself and others how through breathing, movement, concentration and singing to reach a peaceful place in your heart where in a tender presence you discover your potential, inner peace and happiness.

Lenght of the lesson is 60 or 90 minutes.
I am expierienced ( 11 years ) Kundalini Yoga teacher.
I teach adults, teenagers, children.
Also people with special needs - in addiction recovery.
