About Estefania

Profesional studies in classic dance, Ballet and gymnastics training in professional schools with different dance styles, such as contemporary jazz, tango, hip hop dance. Participation in classical and jazz dance companies, exhibitions, national competitions, with 9 years of teaching experience in all ages.

About the lesson

My teaching method is based on the Russian ballet technique, focusing on a physical conditioning of each person, in addition training in gymnastics for the development of strength and flexibility at the same time, also musical development and motor based on physiology.
