About Natalia
Natalia trained in prestigious ballet academies in Paris, Athens and Sofia before obtaining her Diploma in Dance Teaching and her bachelor’s degree in La Sorbonne University in Paris. She has worked with ballet companies in Athens and London performing in various ballets throughout the years. Her passion for sharing the art of ballet and pursuit of living a healthy and empowered life led her to teach classical ballet in the most prestigious ballet schools and private members health clubs in London before founding Ballet Grace. At the heart of Ballet Grace is Natalia’s professional expertise and her love of grace and strength that are the essence of a ballerina’s form. Natalia seeks to make classical dance accessible to everyone, with an artistic and athletic workout that anyone can do.

Ballet Grace is a ballet-inspired fitness method created by professional ballerina Natalia Xylouri. At the heart of Ballet Grace is Natalia’s professional expertise which provides the method with an authenticity and grace that is unrivalled by barre workouts. Natalia seeks to share the artistry and athleticism of ballet with a graceful and transformative workout that everyone can do.
Inspired by a dancer's daily training, every exercise and stretch in Ballet Grace is designed to build strength, flexibility and grace. Targeted toning, barre and cardio exercises sculpt long, lean and powerful ballet muscles in the legs, derriere, core, and upper body. The method focuses on the exquisite grace, beauty and strength that are the essence of a ballerina’s form. Dance experience is not required.
