About Caroline
A professional dance teacher since 2018 and certified personal trainer since 2023, I have more than a decade of dance training in multiple dance forms. I am always looking for opportunities to choreograph and teach private lessons. I believe one-on-one instruction helps students progress faster in strength, technique and understanding.

My experience in early childhood and dance education has taught me that every child / young adult needs one-on-one instruction and a place in group lessons. I am willing to meet my students where they are, whether recreational or competitive, beginner or advanced, as young as five and through adulthood.
I follow a structured curriculum in Russian ballet (Vaganova) that emphasizes technique and body alignment. Fun is also infused with opportunities to enhance performance skills and explore the unique method of storytelling that ballet involves.
