About Savhannah
I'm based in Birmingham, UK, and I currently work as a Learning and Development Consultant for a large utility company. I have extensive experience working with senior leaders and aspiring employees, and I am focusing on my doctorate goal.
I am the Founder of Women in Learning & Development and the owner of Sharpr Business School. I am genuinely interested in HR, L&D, Diversity & Inclusion and Organisational Psychology.

I am a member of CMI and CIPD, so I have access to and know about current issues (for example, widening skills gaps) and updated legislation (e.g., employment law).
I am qualified for CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development and was previously a training Consultant and Trainer for FTSE 100 companies and public services such as the NHS and police.
My lessons are for GCSE and A-level students, those at university, and those already in employment. I'm simply here to help.
