About Joakim
I play division 1 basketball and own an online fitness page on instagram where I put up infromation about training/health and coach people who want help. I have a lot of experience with training, as I have played basketball and soccer for most of my life, along with training calisthenics and weightlifting alone, in a group/team, and with proffessional trainers for a long time. I am an international student who is now taking a gap year with working before entering Univerity studies for either bussiness or physiotherapy.

My coaching always depends on the needs and want of the person being trained, and what they wish to achieve. With their needs and goals, I create a custom training program for them to follow, which is based on their needs and goals. This can include phsyical training as well as nutrition advice aimed towards their needs, which I will explain first hand.
