I adapt, of course, to the desiderata of the pupil with regard to the styles to approach, but insists, after a few weeks, so that this last one learns the language of the music (music theory, musical theory, work on methods and partitions, etc.). In addition to the purely technical work (scales, knowledge of the handle, etc.) I devote half of the course to the study of pieces to put into practice the knowledge acquired. I also try to sensitize the students to the history of the current musics and to make them discover the founding works of this music.
