I am a business management student at the University of Pretoria with a passion for physical training. I matriculated in 2019 with 4 distinctions and have participated in multiple different sports. Over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge on the subject and have learned from my own mistakes, injuries, and counterproductive exercises.
