Lessons are given in a patient and pleasant environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and are given instructions in a friendly manner.
My training methodology is very simple: get results fast, and make them last.
To achieve this, I give you specific tips and ways in which you can exercise correctly to avoid injury, how to perform each movement to maximize effectiveness, and how to get the body you want, fast!
I also can provide scientifically based nutrition information for Body Composition goals and optimizing life with a physical disability
