About Amanda
I am 17 years old & a junior in school. I recently earned my National Biliteracy Certificate & am half way through completing my IB Spanish course. I am planning to minor in Spanish while studying chemistry & pre-med. I used to HATE Spanish. It was my worst subject, I never understood why anyone would want to learn a language— it was so difficult! Though, I realized that with the right methods & the right teacher, it is the most beautiful thing. I absolutely love Spanish & cannot get enough of it. I now use the language with my Spanish-speaking friends & at work (I am a barista!)

We are going to practice different vocabulary, verb usage, reading literature (comprehension), actively using basic phrases, and using different tenses (past, present, etc). Together we are going to start from 0, and slowly approach bi-literacy & ace your school exams. I am mostly looking for BEGINNERS. I remember thinking it was impossible to learn Spanish… but then I fell in love with it. I hope to show you the power of language.
