About Giulia
I started pole dancing 3 years ago and have competed in 3 competitions and got awarded 1st place in 2 of them.
I don't have any teaching qualifications but have been coached my professional coaches and teachers around the Midlands area.

Easing people into it is essential. Making sure proper stretch and conditioning exercises are incorporated in the session. On top of that it's important to take it slow and work on one thing at a time making sure the class is fun but safe at the same time
