Being of Latin American descent, my primary language is Spanish, yet I am an established bilingual, having successfully completed a university-level Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (Human Kinetics).

About Cecilia
I am an alumnus of Acadia University, having satisfied the requirements of a Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Kinesiology; The study of human movement. Throughout the completion of my program and its many opportunities, I have gained an understanding of the sciences related to the human body including; exercise physiology, functional anatomy, biomechanics, and physical activity prescription.
Employing my expertise, I have constructed a progressive beginner to intermediate learning curriculum for both youth and adults in which I deliver via one-on-one, and group tutoring sessions.
