My focus is on coaching optimal movement, improving strength, implementing recovery methods & providing enjoyable training. I am convinced that different exercises and training methodologies should be tailored to suit each individual's needs.I am also passionate about sports and performance since playing football at Valencia CF Academy (Spain). I believe in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as setting goals to improve health, lifestyle habits and performance.
