About Claire
I am a UC Berkeley graduate with degrees in Psychology and Media Studies, and I specialize in tutoring English, writing, grammar, and math. My academic background, combined with professional experience in education, behavior intervention, and individualized instruction, allows me to teach with both structure and empathy. I am patient, creative, and attentive to each student’s unique learning style. Whether a student needs help building foundational skills, strengthening academic writing, or gaining confidence in challenging subjects, I provide thoughtful, personalized support in a calm and encouraging environment. My goal is not only to improve performance, but also to help students feel capable, motivated, and proud of their progress.
