About Surbhi
Hi, I'm Surbhi! I am a professional vocalist and music educator with a deeply versatile musical background—combining a rich foundation in Indian Classical Music with global contemporary training as a graduate of the world-renowned Berklee College of Music.
My musical journey bridges the best of both worlds: the soulful depth, structural discipline, and intricate ear training of Indian Classical traditions, alongside the cutting-edge vocal science and performance strategies mastered at Berklee.
I believe that a strong vocalist is a versatile vocalist. Because of my unique training, I don't teach a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
Whether you want to master the nuances of Indian classical notes, dive into contemporary global styles (Pop, R&B, Light Classical), or simply fix your pitch and breath control, I customize every lesson to fit your voice. I work with everyone from absolute beginners looking to build confidence to advanced singers preparing for the stage or studio.

Our sessions will combine formal vocal science with real-world performance artistry. We will skip the guesswork and focus on techniques that deliver measurable progress.
What we will focus on in our sessions:
Vocal Health & Mechanics: Mastering breath control, vocal placement, resonance, and agility to ensure you can sing effortlessly without strain.
Contemporary Styling & Genre Mastery: Exploring how to adapt your voice to diverse genres prioritising Indian music and connecting it with Bollywood, Bhajans ,Pop, R&B, Jazz, Rock, or Commercial music.
Ear Training & Musicianship: Developing a sharp musical ear, understanding harmony, and mastering pitch accuracy.
Performance Craft: Mic technique, stage presence, overcoming performance anxiety, and learning how to deliver an emotionally compelling song delivery.
I provide a highly collaborative, encouraging, and high-energy environment.
You’ll leave every single session with concrete exercises and a clear roadmap for your weekly practice.
