About Kahinee
As a committed flute tutor with 9 years of experience and nearly 150 trained students, I aim to provide high-quality music education that balances discipline and creativity.
I focus on developing breath support, tone clarity, articulation accuracy, finger coordination, and rhythmic consistency.
Alongside technical skills, I guide students in understanding musical phrasing and expressive interpretation. I adapt my teaching methods according to each student’s learning style, ensuring clarity and comfort.
I provide structured lesson plans and continuous feedback to support measurable progress. My strongest quality is my calm and motivating teaching approach, which builds confidence while maintaining high standards. My goal is to shape skilled, confident, and expressive flute musicians.

My flute teaching methodology focuses on individualised instruction, adaptability, collaboration, and positivity. I believe that every student learns differently, so I design lessons to match their learning style and pace.
I emphasise posture, breath control, embouchure, tone clarity, finger coordination, and rhythm accuracy. I provide progressive exercises, scales, and articulation drills while gradually introducing expressive techniques like dynamics, phrasing, and stylistic interpretation.
I also teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, and rhythm comprehension to develop well-rounded musicianship. Students learn to connect theory with practical performance.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Collaboration is encouraged through open discussion, repertoire selection, and shared goal-setting.
I maintain a positive and supportive environment where students feel confident to explore, make mistakes, and improve. My aim is to nurture disciplined, expressive, and confident flute players.
