As a nursing tutor, I believe that effective teaching is not only about explaining concepts but also about understanding each student’s individual learning needs. I use a friendly, patient, and supportive approach to make students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their difficulties. I focus on connecting nursing theory with practical clinical situations, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, communication skills, and a genuine understanding of patient care. My aim is to make every lesson simple, engaging, and meaningful while encouraging students to learn at their own pace and achieve their academic and professional goals.
