About Reshma
I am Reshma P R. Completed 4 year full time Diploma from Kalakshetra and2 year full time post diploma from Kalakshetra chennai. Following Kalakshetra bani or style of bharathnatyam. I have 5 years plus teaching experience. Running own institution at Kerala called Natanagiri Foundation. Performed in various prestigious stages including india china summit meet. Providing personal training and support to excel in bharthnatyam art form.

I am a post diploma graduate from Kalakshetra. The worlds best educational institution for learning bharathnatyam.
Classes for Basic: If you are learning bharathnatyam for the first time, you will get classes for basic stretching, exercises, strengthening exercises, hand gestures, adavus or basic steps, history and theory.
Intermediate studies: you will get classes regarding complex adavus, history, theory and thalam.
Advanced level: you will have classes regarding dance performance, items, makeup, costumes, jewellery, music and performance items.
