About Richard
I’m a management consultant working at a Big 4 firm, where I work on complex business transformation and strategy projects. My role involves solving challenging problems, working with different teams, and helping organisations think more clearly about how they operate and grow.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about personal development, sport, and continuous learning. I play football competitively, train regularly, and enjoy reading about business, psychology, and performance.
I enjoy working with students and graduates who are motivated to improve and develop themselves, and I aim to bring a supportive, practical, and encouraging approach to the people I work with.

I’m a consultant working at a Big 4 firm, where I work on large business transformation and strategic change projects. Through my role, I’ve developed strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills that I enjoy sharing with students and graduates who want to develop professionally.
I offer support with CV improvement, interview preparation, career guidance, and business studies tutoring. My approach is structured but relaxed, focusing on practical advice and real-world examples to help students understand concepts clearly and build confidence.
Lessons are held online and typically last around 60 minutes. They are suitable for GCSE and A-Level students, university students, and graduates who want to strengthen their career prospects or prepare for consulting and other professional careers.
