My idea about teaching is that is better to have a topic understood than a hundred memorized. I prefer to dwell a lot on one aspect if necessary, to understand the point of the matter. By concentrating so much on the grades, we often forget that the idea is to learn, and if this happens, the grades will go hand in hand as a side effect.
