About Zakia
I’m Zakia, an easy-going language lover with a passion for travel, cultures, and communication. I speak Arabic, English, French, and a bit of Swedish, and I’m currently learning Spanish. My background spans tourism marketing, UX, hospitality, and the beauty industry – all fields where listening, empathy, and clear communication are essential. As your French tutor, I focus on creating a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and learning at your own pace. In my classes, students learn in a safe and relaxed space where they can speak a lot, make mistakes, and ask any questions without stress. My standard lessons are 60 minutes long but the length can be adapted. A typical lesson includes: - A warm-up talking session and recap from the previous class. - Introduction of the day’s topic (Vocabulary, grammar etc.) - Speaking practice through dialogues, role plays and simple exercises. - A short recap and an optional homework task. I adapt the lessons to the student’s goals: travel, school, work or general language practice. I teach beginners to intermediate level, children, teenagers and adults. Lessons can be held online or at my home in Mölndal. I hold a Baccalaureate in French Literature and have several years of experience working in hospitality and customer service in French, English and Arabic. I am new to private tutoring on Superprof, but I have helped my nieces learn French and I enjoy explaining things calmly and clearly so that students feel confident to speak.
