About Emilie
Hello Again!
I am very friendly and easy going. I used to teach my little sister and nieces before in a fun and interactive way. I believe in creating an education friendly environment where what matters to me is your success and what works for YOU. Success can only be defined by yourself, at the end of the day, I want you to be proud of your progress.
I have certificates in Alliance Française and DELF.
I did French at the o-level of IGCSE too, and got a distinction. I am currently taking French in University too at an intermediary level since I'm in my first year still.
I look forward to working with together with you, not just as a tutor but as someone who helped you see the beauty of French.

Hello!
WHY ME? well, Despite French being my native language, I struggled learning the language at the start as a student. I believe that I can relate to you on a deeper level, and targeting where you might be having difficulties and working through it TOGETHER might be the little push that you need.
WORK PLAN : The aim is to find what works best for you. Are you struggling with pronunciation, grammar or writing or all of them? I got you! I prepare extra worksheets and exercises that we can go through together weekly on top of the ones that you'll do in each of our sessions.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY: We will cover 10 - 11 chapters together that will cover tenses, grammar and basic French. We will also have biweekly evaluations to keep track of your progress. We will also have weekly exercises, some to be done during our sessions and others to be completed on your own. Accompanying you in a way that is comfortable for you and ensures your progress is what I am aiming for.
AUDIENCE: I tutor beginner levels (no knowledge at all about French).
