About Buhle
Hi! I’m Buhle, a bioinformatics scientist working in public health genomics. I have hands-on experience analyzing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, interpreting mutations, and working with real surveillance datasets used in infectious disease research.
I hold an MSc (Med) in Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases and a BMedSc (Hons) in Human Genetics, and I currently work with pathogen genomic data. I enjoy teaching and breaking down complex bioinformatics concepts into clear, practical steps.
