About Lilly
I am a black belt in taekwondo that has been training for 7 years. I have been assisting in teaching colour belt students from ages 6-16 and providing training videos for colour belt patterns for those looking to advance their skills and pass their black belt grading.

My teaching method is adding detail of purpose and power to each movement and pattern and giving theoretical background into the usefulness of the pattern. My focus is on the technical side of taekwondo but I will teach shadow sparring when it supplements the learning of pattern theory.
