About Blanca

My name is Blanca Giménez Pérez, also known as msperezideas, and I am a dedicated educator with a degree in Primary Education specializing in English, along with multiple years of experience supporting learners across a range of needs and levels. I currently work in Bristol, UK, as a Spanish tutor and emotional literacy support assistant in a secondary school, while also providing private tutoring and developing educational resources. With a strong commitment to inclusive education and a creative approach to teaching, I help students gain confidence, master new skills, and enjoy the learning process. Whether it’s preparing for GCSE Spanish or developing emotional intelligence, I’m here to support and inspire every learner.

- AQA Spanish Examiner for both Speaking and Writing components (3 years)
- Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), working 1:1 with students on emotional well-being (1 year)
- Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and Mediating LSA supporting SEND and transition interventions (6 years)
- Creator of educational resources on multiple platforms and subjects (6 years)
- Private tutor offering one-to-one tailored sessions (2 years)

-Promote student confidence and autonomy, encouraging learners to take ownership of their progress
- Offer personalized instruction tailored to each student's goals, level, and learning style
- Emphasis on positive reinforcement and emotional support, especially with students who struggle with confidence or motivation
- Experienced in both group and one-on-one settings, including 6 years as a Learning Support Assistant and 3 years as a private tutor for high school students
