About Kecia
"Teaching songwriting helps me refine the craft of storytelling that I started developing during my BMus at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. I believe that writing a song is a functional exercise in communication and emotional resonance.
Helping 282 students find their voice satisfies my creative drive. I support hobbyists and career switchers as they navigate melody writing and complex rhyme schemes. Aspiring artists often come to me to learn how to build dynamics that sustain listener interest across an entire track.
Home-studio owners find that applying specific genre conventions from country or R&B helps them write to a brief effectively. Beginners discover how structure supports their narrative goals.

"Writer's block is a constant thief of time. I struggle with it too. A real session-style workflow changes everything by treating songwriting as a professional craft rather than a waiting game. My BMus background provides the theory, while my 8 years of experience provides the structure.
We analyse rhyme schemes and metre until they feel like second nature. You will master melody writing that sticks. We apply genre conventions to keep your songs relevant. Dynamic tension is vital.
We map out your lyrics to ensure the song breathes. I keep the process moving forward.
