About Kgomotso

I am Kgomotso Shupinyaneng currently 18 and studying higher certificate in exercise science. I aspire to be one of the best young personal trainers in South Africa. I believe that a personal trainer is more than just a coach that will push you to get your dream body, but they are a lifestyle coach as well. In order to change the outside, you need to start inside. I was once chubby and that really affected my mental well-being but i decided to do something about it and maybe just like me you don't like your physical appearance and you want to love yourself again and take care of you but don't know where to start, that's what I am here for to help others who are in the position where I was get unstuck so let's tackle is mindset and body fat together !

About the lesson

My lessons are unique because most of the time you only get to see personal trainers at their best never when they are studying . My lessons are a journey together into the fitness world making them more relatable and fun.

traveling costs will not be counted when meeting in Sunninghill moove gym center. Traveling costs will be calculated depending on the whereabouts of the location that the client and the trainer have decided upon. first 3 clients don't just get 2 sessions for free excluding screening and examination of physical fitness session.
