About Zizipho
I have 10 years of training experience and help women with body recomposition, fat loss, strength training and physique shaping. I provide guidance on nutrition, workout splits and muscle targeting for specific goals. My approach focuses on realistic, sustainable results and building confidence in and outside the gym. I am currently studying towards my Personal Training qualification through ETA. Online, home and mobile sessions available.

Sessions focus on proper form, effective workout structure, muscle targeting and sustainable nutrition guidance. I aim to create a supportive environment that helps clients build consistency and achieve realistic long-term results.
