About Siméon
Hello, I introduce myself, my name is Siméon, I am 17 years old and I have been practicing bodyweight and gym training for 3 years. ️ During this period I have evolved a lot physically and mentally but above all I was forced to experiment with several different training techniques, to browse several hundred videos and trainings as well as read dozens of books to understand which trainings and exercises are effective for us under 18, do not involve health risks and are above all the most optimal to progress as quickly as possible! ️ After two years of failure and success I decided to share his information with other people like me who want a better physique but lost in the world of fitness. My training method is based on two words: simplicity and efficiency. Bonjour, je m'appelle Mathias et j'ai fais aujourd'hui mon 3ème cour avec Siméon. C'est un très bon coach de musculation il m'a appris beaucoup de choses sur la nutrition et il m'a fais une très bonne routine pour prendre du muscle.
Aujourd'hui j'ai effectué mon 3 ème cours avec Siméon, c'est à mon sens un très bon coach, il m'a déjà appris beaucoup sur la nutrition et il m'a crée une routine d'entraînement pas facile je dois dire mais vraiment efficace et adapté à moi. Je le remercie grandement.
