I've known Thandi for a long time. I have watched her grow in the sports arena a skillful hockey, soccer player and trainer. Thandi is in her final year of a sports coaching/health and wellness Degree (BHSc.) at the University of the NW. Thandi put together a holistic programme for me which included a workout schedule suited to my age with dietary/nutritional requirements, I trust her integrity and knowledge...I have since lost 10kgs and feel fantastic...
