About ALI
I’m a retired boxer with experience in both the amateur and professional ranks, and I’ve dedicated the past 20 years to fitness and athletic development. As a fully qualified Level 3 personal trainer, I hold additional certifications in strength and conditioning, circuit training, and kettlebell training, allowing me to deliver well-rounded, effective coaching.

I train all ages and all levels. From throwing your very first technically sound punch or first gym experience to boxing at national or professional levels carrying a wealth of experience in fitness. I provide a tailored approach to aid each individual achieve their personal fitness goals. I am able to cater for those struggling to change their body composition with nutritional advice for weight gain/loss.
